These General Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Sleepee Online Store via our website www.sleepee.com.sa. They are available on the Sleepee website under the Online Shopping section.
In addition to these General Terms & Conditions, other important legal terms apply, including our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. By accepting these General Terms & Conditions, you also agree to and accept the Return Policy, all of which form part of a legally binding agreement between you and Sleepee. Please read these General Terms & Conditions and the Return Policy carefully before purchasing any products from the Sleepee Online Store.
Sleepee reserves the right to amend these General Terms & Conditions and the Return Policy at any time. Any amendments will apply only to new orders placed after the updated terms have been published on the Sleepee Online Store. Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may be unable to fulfil your order.
Products offered for sale may be discontinued online or in stores at any time. If we are unable to supply a product you have purchased, we will refund the amount paid for that product.
Promotions
Promotional offers available on the Sleepee website may differ from those available in our physical stores, and vice versa.
While our standard prices are generally consistent across our website, catalogues, and retail stores, prices may occasionally vary due to exclusive online or in-store promotions.

Sleepee accepts no responsibility for delays, errors, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Please be aware of fraudulent websites that may imitate the Sleepee brand or claim to sell our products. Sleepee accepts no responsibility for fraudulent activity conducted through unauthorised websites.

Service Availability
Sleepee reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any products, services, or online shopping features at any time, with or without prior notice.
If a service is discontinued after payment has been received, any outstanding amounts will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, password, and all other account information.
You agree to notify Sleepee immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected security breach.
Eligibility to Purchase
Customers under the age of 18 may not be eligible to purchase products from Sleepee.
Orders must be delivered to an address within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (delivery coverage may vary during promotional campaigns).
Customers must provide a valid email address and an active mobile phone number for communication purposes.
Although Sleepee offers products intended for children, purchases may only be made by adults.
Payment
You may pay for your purchases using any of the payment methods available during checkout on the Sleepee Online Store.
Payment will be charged to your selected payment card immediately upon placing your order, or collected in cash if you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Should we encounter any issues processing your payment, we will contact you accordingly.
Charging your payment method does not constitute acceptance of your order. If your order is not accepted, we will refund the full amount paid as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within three (3) business days from the date you are notified of the order rejection.
We are responsible for initiating the refund to your bank. The time required for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your bank and may take from one (1) business day up to three (3) weeks.
Product Availability
Although we continuously monitor inventory levels on the Sleepee Online Store to ensure they accurately reflect our warehouse stock, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If we discover that a product you have ordered is unavailable or that an inventory error has occurred, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either confirm your order based on the available quantity or cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order due to inaccurate stock information or because we are unable to supply the requested product, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided with your order, your order will be treated as cancelled and a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy – Sleepee Online Store
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery.
If you change your mind or decide not to proceed with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our Customer Care team to request cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to the same payment card originally used for the purchase.
If your order is cancelled due to inaccurate stock information or product unavailability, the full purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
If only part of your order is cancelled, a partial refund will be issued based on the cancelled item(s), and the remaining order total will be adjusted accordingly.
If you cancel your entire order at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and within the permitted cancellation period, you will receive a full refund, including the purchase price, delivery charges, and assembly fees.
If the cancellation is requested within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date, delivery charges are non-refundable. Please refer to the Delivery Terms & Conditions for further information.

Return Policy – Sleepee Online Store
If you wish to return your order, simply notify us of your decision by contacting our Customer Care team on 920021155.
Please have your order number ready. One of our Customer Care representatives will verify your order details and assist you with the return process.
Order cancellations and returns are applicable only to standard-size products. Custom-sized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
If an order is cancelled before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, the value of the cancelled item(s) will be refunded after deducting the delivery/service fee of 200.
Refunds are only available for products that remain in their original, unopened, undamaged, and sealed packaging. Products with opened, damaged, or removed packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. They must be returned in their original packaging.
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase (for example, the original credit card).
Non-Returnable Purchases
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned without the original purchase receipt.
- Used products, including bed sheets, mattresses, blankets, and pillows.
- Products that have been altered, modified, or washed.
- Mattresses with opened or removed protective packaging.
Conditions for Accepting Returned Products
Returned products will be collected from the original delivery address, subject to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned together with their accessories, components, and original protective packaging whenever possible.
- You must sign the return receipt to confirm the return. Our representative will provide the necessary return documentation at the time of collection.
- If you are unavailable, you may authorise another adult to return the products on your behalf. The authorised representative must be capable of supervising the returned items, and Sleepee may rely on their instructions as if they had been provided directly by you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that products must satisfy all return conditions outlined in this Return Policy before a refund can be issued.
Except where expressly stated in this policy, delivery charges and other service fees paid for products that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Once Sleepee has processed the refund, we are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take between one (1) business day and three (3) weeks to appear in your account. Please contact your bank for further information regarding refund processing times.
Note: This document is a translation of the original Arabic Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for all legal purposes.
Warranty Policy
The expected lifespan and warranty period vary depending on the product.
This warranty applies to residential use only.
To claim warranty service, you must present the original purchase invoice to verify the purchase date.
Mattress Warranty
The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:
- Mattress sagging exceeding 15% of its original height.
- Broken springs or wires.
- Springs or wires protruding through the mattress layers.
- Split or loose stitching.
- Sagging of the springs or foam.
- Sagging mattress edges.
Bed Warranty
The warranty covers:
- Separation of wooden bed frame joints.
- Bed spring sagging.
- Scratches caused during transportation, loading, unloading, or handling by Sleepee.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Loss of the original warranty-stamped purchase invoice.
- Damage caused by improper transportation resulting in bending or twisting of the mattress.
- Normal settlement of less than 15% of the mattress's original height.
- Fabric discolouration, staining, or burns.
- Damage to mattress handles, which are intended only for rotating or repositioning the mattress. Damage caused by lifting or carrying the mattress using the handles is not covered.
- Damage caused by improper transportation of the internal spring frame resulting in bending or distortion.
- Misuse of mattresses or beds, including jumping, repeatedly sitting on one edge, folding, bending, dragging, carrying, or handling them incorrectly.
- Mattress spring damage resulting from the use of an unsuitable bed base.
- Damage caused by moisture, liquid spills, or any liquid penetration into the mattress or bed.
- Failure to follow the supplied care instructions, including rotating the mattress monthly.
- Damage resulting from improper storage conditions.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or the use of harsh or corrosive cleaning agents.
- Broken or folded mattresses.
Return, Repair & Replacement Policy
Return Conditions
Sleepee mattresses and beds may be returned within 24 hours from the purchase date, provided that:
- The product is a standard size.
- The original purchase invoice is presented.
- The product remains in its original condition as delivered.
- The product is returned in its original Sleepee protective plastic packaging.
Repair & Replacement Period
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not entitle the customer to a product replacement or refund.
Warranty repairs are provided free of charge throughout the applicable warranty period, subject to the warranty terms.
- The mattress will be collected upon presentation of the original purchase invoice.
- Repairs are completed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the customer's location.
- Once the repair has been completed, the repaired product and the original invoice, stamped by the Warranty Department, will be returned to the customer.
Paid Repair Services
For repairs not covered under warranty:
- Repair charges will be determined after inspection of the mattress.
- Mattress dimensions may be reduced, where applicable, depending on the mattress quality and expected lifespan.
- Mattress fabric and selected internal filling components may be replaced when required.
