Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy

We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided in your order confirmation email. However, delivery dates communicated through the sleepee online store (via the website, phone, email, or SMS) are estimates only and may vary. If any changes occur, we will notify you accordingly.

These Delivery Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased through the sleepee website (www.sleepee.sa). Please refer to the How to Shop Online page for more information about our delivery service.

sleepee reserves the right to amend these Delivery Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will apply to all new orders placed after the revised terms are published on our website. We recommend reviewing these terms before placing each new order.


Delivery Locations

Products will be delivered to the address specified in your order. Delivery is available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please note:

  • Delivery availability may vary during promotional campaigns.
  • The delivery address must be accessible by road.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to locations outside major cities (see Delivery Zones & Charges below).

Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date. sleepee reserves the right to verify the recipient's identity before handing over the order.


Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order within 3–14 business days from the date of purchase, subject to product availability unless otherwise agreed.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly.

If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance by contacting our Customer Service team to arrange a new delivery date.

Providing incomplete or incorrect delivery information may result in cancellation of the delivery without prior notice. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

If part of an order is cancelled at the customer's request, the delivery schedule may be adjusted. We will notify you of any changes.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer one of the following options:

  • Cancel the unavailable item.
  • Continue with the remaining items.
  • Cancel the entire order.

If we are unable to contact you, your order will be held for 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.

Customers may request a delivery date change within 7 days of placing the order.


Delivery Charges & Zones

Orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our distribution centres.

Zone 1 – Major Cities

  • Orders of SAR 299 or more: Free Delivery
  • Orders below SAR 299: SAR 25 (VAT included)

Zone 2 – Suburbs & Remote Areas

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance. Customers will be informed of the applicable delivery fee before shipment or advised if delivery is unavailable in their area.


Delivery Arrangements

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order details and scheduled delivery date.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout or supplied to our Customer Service team. Please ensure the address is accessible and that someone is available to receive the order.

If you are unavailable, please notify us as soon as possible. sleepee is not responsible for delays caused by failure to comply with these requirements.

If you cannot receive the order personally, you may authorise another adult to accept it on your behalf. sleepeemay rely on the authorised person's instructions as though they were given directly by you.

Delivery personnel are not permitted to leave products without obtaining a signed proof of delivery.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully and verify:

  • The correct products have been delivered.
  • The products are in good condition.
  • The shipment details match your order.

You will be asked to sign the delivery documents confirming:

  • Receipt of the order.
  • The number of items delivered.
  • That no damage occurred to your property during delivery.
  • That the products were received in good condition.

If any products are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please report this within one business day of delivery. Missing, damaged, or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights to report hidden defects discovered after delivery. Customers should notify sleepee within a reasonable period after discovering any issue.

Refusing to sign the delivery receipt will be considered a refusal to accept the order and an agreement to cancel the purchase.

Ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to you once the order has been accepted by you or your authorised representative. From that point onward, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
